At Woodchuck, we take pride in our handcrafted home goods and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If a piece doesn't fit your space perfectly, you can return or exchange it within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Carefully repack your items in their original wood-safe packaging to ensure they are protected from damage during transit.

• 3.
  Affix the Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely attach it to the outside of your box.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Hand your package to the designated carrier; once our workshop inspects the item, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
